The friendly faces in and around our terminal

Our Customer Services team ensures our visitors have the best experience possible when they’re travelling through our airport. They also ensure the safe and efficient movement and parking of land transport vehicles around the terminal and airport campus.


The team works on a 24/7 roster to manage the day-to-day operations of the terminal and assist both passengers and terminal stakeholders. They’re available to answer questions travellers may have, help with directions, complete terminal checks, provide first response during terminal evacuations, and assist with unattended items and medical emergencies. 

They manage all landside vehicle parking areas and help customers if their car won’t start after returning from a trip away, or if they need assistance at the car park barrier arms or payment machines.

The team is also responsible for the compliance of ground transport operators at the airport, providing traffic management services on airport roads, and assisting with emergency response events. 

Our Customer Services team also plays a critical role in making sure the airport apron is a safe place for both ground handlers and passengers – rain, hail or shine! This involves keeping travellers safe while navigating the tarmac to their aircraft, monitoring the speed of vehicles and completing safety checks.
